GBS is offering short duration Management Development Programmes (MDPs) customized to the business requirements across industries. These MDP are designed keeping in view the changing needs of business/professional executives. We review the program content of standard MDPs on a continuous basis. The aim of the MDPs is to support management systems and practices in the Indian industries by providing relevant training to the executives across industries & sectors. The objective of the MDP is to improve management systems by building competence at various levels in the corporate, non corporate and public systems to take on a leadership role in their position – individually and collectively. • GBS is offering a 15 Months Trimester Based AICTE approved Executive PGDM program. The 15 months programme will have 12 months of course work and 3 months of project work. The course work is divided into 4 terms each of 3 months duration. • The students will read 10 Papers in core and 8 papers in specialization to complete 500 hours of training conducted in the weekends. 16 major and 10 minor elective options will be available for selecting the specialization. • The entire coursework will be undertaken through case studies, Management Games, Project work and lecturing in a state of the art classroom. • The students will get an industry oriented certification in a specific skill area customized to the candidate’s requirements. • Companies can sponsor their employees with a customization of the program suiting their requirements. • Corporate and self sponsored executives with minimum 2-5 years of experience in supervisory/managerial domain. • Candidate should posses a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university. Management quota is available and applicable. • GBS will provide assistance for lateral placement of self sponsored participants. • Classes can be attended in the extended campus of GBS located in Banjara Hills Road No.3 in the City. • Last date of receiving application form-15th Dec. 2011. • Trimester commences from 2nd Jan. 2012.
